Late 60s Automatic Omega Geneve TV

An absolutely stunning 1960s Omega Geneve featuring a steel TV shaped case, silver dial, applied indices, elegant pencil hands, date window, and original signed crown. Comes with a new aftermarket darm brown leather strap. This piece is in excellent vintage condition and shows how beautifully preserved it has been for ~50+ years.

please note: It looks like the movement has been swapped out at some point with a different calibre number from Omega. This model came out of the factory with a Cal. 565 and has been swapped out for a Cal. 560 at some point by the previous owner. 

Works exactly the same, just not the original factory movement.

The Cal. 560 inside the piece is genuine Omega, just not the original one it came with. It’s running strong and keeping time within +8 seconds per day. However, due to the non-original movement, we have price this piece significantly lower than typical retail price.

Movement: Omega Automatic Cal. 560. Runs and keeps time within +8 seconds/day. Service history unknown. Although running, we always recommend you get your vintage timepiece a service from a professional watchsmith for optimal performance and longevity. 

In excellent vintage condition. Light wear consistent with age. Crystal is in excellent condition. New aftermarket strap with aftermarket Omega signed buckle. See photos for details - they are part of the description. Overall a very nice piece that is ready to wear and enjoy.
