All watches are sold as-is in vintage or pre-owned condition without warranty. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please commit before buying. We encourage you to ask us questions so we can make sure you are confident and 100% satisfied when you receive your timepiece. You can always contact us at hello@oldtimer.watch.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

General policy: Sold as-is. We specialize in vintage and pre-owned watches. No warranty, no exchanges, no returns. We always QC our pieces to ensure they are in working order and keeping time prior to shipping. Due to the nature of vintage/pre-owned timepieces there may be signs of wear and cosmetic imperfections not to be considered as defects. DO NOT submerge in water unless stated that doing so is okay. Mechanical watches are inspected for time keeping, however we always recommend you get your vintage mechanical timepieces serviced by a professional watchsmith for optimal long term performance. Please purchase if fully committed.
